Looking for a Lost Friend -- Richard

- Intermediate oral activity
- 15-25 minutes
Preliminary
- Half the students standing and half the students sitting.
- Sitting Students: Write their name on a slips of paper.
- Collect these names in a basket.
Instructions
- The Standing Students have lost their friends.
- The people with lost friends go to the Police (Sitting Students)
and say they have lost their friend.
- The Police Person asks the student to describe their lost friend.
- The student describes their lost friend:
- Personality
- What they look like
NO NAME!
- What they like to do
- The Police Person tries to guesses who the lost friend is.
- They only get one guess. If they guess wrong the person with a lost friend
has to go describe their lost friend to another Police Person.
- If the Police Person guesses who the lost friend is, then they take the
paper, stand up (become one of the people with a lost friend), and describe
their lost friend to another Police Person.
